3kini Returns and Exchanges Policy

The Return and Exchange terms on this Site are only applicable to Products purchased on this Site. Returns and Exchanges are accepted on items within 15 days from the date of shipment. 

ONLINE RETURNS 

To be eligible for a return, you must: 

  • Provide proof of purchase 

  • All tags attached 

  • The garment must be unworn and unwashed and be in the same condition that you received it. (Please note, that swimwear needs to be tried on over your underwear). For hygiene purposes, returns maybe refused if it is apparent that this has not been done. Protective hygiene strips must remain in place. It must also be in the original packaging. 

  • Return forms need to be enclosed in returns package. 

TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN, WE REQUIRE: 

  1. Email: customerservice@3kini.com.au to obtain a Return Authorization number. 

  2. When your return or exchange is approved, a Return Authorization number will be emailed to you.

  3. You will then be required to fill in a returns form and this will need to be sent with your original order to the address provided with the Return Authorization number. : 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, dependent on the eligibility for your return which is stated above. 

If you are approved, your product will be exchanged for another item you choose or a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@3kini.com.au 

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange 

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

FAULTY ITEMS  

3kini takes pride in providing quality in all our products, with each item inspected thoroughly before each item is shipped out to you.  

If you wish to return an item because you believe it to be faulty, you will be entitled to either a replacement or refund if your goods need to be replaced. In returning your item you will need to follow the same procedures listed above under online returns.  

When we receive the returned item, the item will then be inspected.  Upon inspection, it will be decided if the fault is a result of failure to care for your item according to the (care instructions) which come with your product. 3kini will then send you an email with the outcome of the fault and will either repair the item for you or return your item to you. 

 

GIFTS 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

SHIPPING 

To return your product, you should email customerservice@3kini.com.au. You will then receive an email back with the physical address to which you need to address your return. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

You are solely responsible for returning your item to us, so return shipping must be via using a pre-paid and traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. The product will be your responsibility until they reach 3kini, however, if items are returned damaged, 3kini will take no responsibility for this. To prevent this from happening, please package your items in a secure way, in which the items cannot be damaged during delivery. All costs associated with return shipping are at the buyers expense and are nonrefundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
